Build your own Kakobuy fact sheet

Three questions, one starting checklist. The builder selects topics to recheck for your order and tells you, for each one, which official page to re-read and when our reading goes stale.

Answer three questions

Nothing you choose leaves your browser. The list is built from the same exhibits you can read in the drawers, with the same dates.

1. Where will the parcel go?
2. How will you top up or pay?
3. What is in the order? (tick all that apply)

How the builder chooses

Eight core exhibits form a general starting checklist. The other selections add relevant topics; an account-funded order may not create a new conversion. A suggested exhibit is not a ruling about your actual order. The table makes every selection rule visible.

Turn the result into an order decision

The selected exhibits are questions to check, not approvals. Next to each relevant item in your copied sheet, note the answer, the evidence date and one of three states: confirmed for this order, needs a fresh quote, or unresolved.

Example: electronics paid with PayPal

The result adds M-03 for the payment discrepancy and shipping topics, while G-01 limits warehouse inspection to appearance. Resolve the actual payment debit, then confirm the specific device and battery with the chosen route. A route name in the sheet does not establish that the device is accepted, and a clean QC photo does not show that it works.

Example: an unreadable listing ordered manually

G-04 tells you to inspect the actual import result and manual form. Record the exact seller link, variant, quantity and agreed price, then read the manual order’s cancellation and return terms. A general T-08 return window in the core list does not override exclusions attached to that item.

Before paying for goods, settle any question that would make the item unsuitable. Before paying freight, refresh the quote using the warehouse’s packed dimensions and route terms. Keep the final answer next to the exhibit code so you can see which decision it supported.

Two tools on this site, compared

The site has two tools. The catalogue search on the home page looks through product cards by name; type a product word, not a brand claim, and open the product page for the marketplace link. The fact sheet builder on this page filters the exhibits.

For route examples, use the official estimator with your goods, destination and planned weight/dimensions. Recheck after warehouse measurement and final packing; a builder result is not a shipping quote.

Open the official estimator with your own weight and country.

What to do with your list

Copy the list into your order notes and turn each relevant exhibit into a question to resolve. Re-read the linked official page at the decision point. If it differs from this list, preserve both versions and check their date and scope; another official page may also disagree. Use the source-conflict method, and send corrections with the exhibit code via the notices page.

A recheck date marks when the source should be read again, not when a fact becomes false. Check volatile fees, rates, routes and promotions at the point of use even before that date.
