Who you are dealing with

The contact page prints company names and addresses. These are operator-published records, not independent verification of group structure, solvency or the entity responsible for a particular transaction.

C-01

Two legal entities are named on the contact page

The fact: EVERYDAY GO INC, 1500 N Grant St #11646, Denver, CO 80203, United States; and ANXIN SHOPPING CO., LTD, UK company number 16947583, 37 Croydon Road, Beckenham, BR3 4AB, United Kingdom.

What it means: These are the names the operator itself prints. If you ever open a PayPal case or a card dispute, or simply want to know who you are paying, start from these two names rather than from a brand name.
Check it yourself: Open the Contact Us page and scroll to the end. The UK number can be typed into the UK public company register to see the filing history for yourself; this file does not print what that register says, because it can change.

The company name changes from page to page

The fact: About Kakobuy prints only EVERYDAY GO INC. The Privacy Policy ends with ANXIN SHOPPING CO., LTD and its company number. The App Store lists the seller as Everyday Go Co., Limited.

What it means: The pages use different entity names. These records alone do not establish the legal relationship between those entities or who contracts with a particular customer. Check the actual transaction documents.
Check it yourself: Compare the About page, the end of the Privacy Policy and the seller line on the App Store listing.

No founding year, and the reason

A business founding year is not established by the retained profile, copyright range and article dates. Keep those dates in their own context and assess current written terms and actual transaction records.

A company’s age alone does not establish service reliability. Compare the actual contracting entity, policies and transaction evidence.

The fact: The retained official profile, footer and article dates do not establish one verified business founding date. This file does not infer a founding year from those dates.

What it means: A copyright range or profile date is not evidence of service reliability. Compare current terms and the actual contracting entity.
Check it yourself: Read the copyright line in the footer of any official page. It is a copyright range, not a founding statement.

When someone answers, and where to write

The retained contact page labels chat hours BST. That label alone does not establish the desk’s physical location or its seasonal schedule; check the current displayed hours.

Live chat runs on UK office hours, weekdays only

The fact: Live chat: 9am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, BST.

What it means: The retained contact page explicitly labels these hours BST (UTC+1). Confirm the current displayed schedule around seasonal clock changes. An order or delivery deadline does not wait for live chat to reopen; use the relevant written channel promptly.
Check it yourself: Check the first block of the Contact Us page. Note the page still says BST; when UK clocks go back in late October, confirm whether the hours follow.

Three written channels, each with its own job

The fact: [email protected] for customer service; [email protected] for business cooperation only; an official Discord with a feedback channel. The Privacy Policy names [email protected] for data requests.

What it means: Send order problems to service@, not biz@: the page says biz@ is only for business cooperation. Written channels leave a record, which matters if a refund question drags on.

Apps, languages and the official community

Three small facts that save time on day one: which app store to trust, which language and currency the interface uses, and where the official community lives.

iOS has a store listing; Android gets a direct download

The fact: iPhone: App Store app “KakoBuy” (id6456410137). Android: an APK file linked from the official site (file name dated 260828). The footer shows a Google Play badge, but no Play listing was confirmed on 2026-10-10.

What it means: Use the current official download destination and check the publisher and installation permissions. The retained APK link does not establish that a user must disable all device protection. The mobile website is an alternative that does not require installing the app.
Check it yourself: Search the App Store for KakoBuy and read the seller line; on Android, check where the download actually comes from before you allow it.

Retained interface languages and display currencies

The fact: Languages: Simplified Chinese, English, Polish, Romanian, Spanish, German, Arabic, Korean, Greek, Portuguese, Russian, Dutch, French, Italian, Swedish, Japanese. Currencies: CNY, USD, GBP, EUR, PLN, NZD, AUD, CAD, SGD, CHF, CZK, NOK. Default display: English / USD.

What it means: The header offered these choices in the retained interface. A display currency does not establish the funding or settlement currency, exchange rate or payment fee.

The official Reddit community and Discord

The fact: r/kakobuy carries the header “Kakobuy Official Community” and showed 21K members on 2026-10-10. The home page carries a Join Discord card.

What it means: An official-labelled community can supply questions and order examples; that label does not make every member post an official policy. Take private order, payment and parcel details to the official account support channel, and compare general claims with dated written terms.

The carriers Kakobuy hands your parcel to

The About page claims the whole chain, from purchase to after-sales, and in the same paragraph hands international transport to third parties. Read every shipping promise with that sentence in mind.

The operator calls itself a one-stop platform and names third-party carriers

The fact: “One-stop full-process services, including purchasing, freight forwarding, quality inspection, customs clearance, tax declaration, and after-sales services. (International logistics is provided by third-party companies.)”

What it means: The operator describes an agent service using third-party international carriers. Warehouse and transit claims have different conditions; neither the company description nor a carrier handover guarantees compensation.
