FAQ: frequently asked questions
Is Kakobuy legit?
The retained official pages name companies and publish service terms. That does not verify every transaction or establish reliability. Compare the actual contracting entity, payment options, fees, route terms and claims limits; this guide does not give a legitimacy guarantee.
Does Kakobuy charge a service fee?
The retained buying-service article states no handling fee. Domestic and international delivery, conversion, payment charges and selected services can still apply. Compare the complete checkout; the dated 8.5% conversion observation is not a fixed current fee.
What does the PayPal fee come to?
Articles 64 and 99 state 3.5% plus US$0.30, while article 65 states 2.9% plus US$0.30. An old embedded image has another calculation. Confirm the actual payment screen instead of treating any historical example as guaranteed.
How long can goods stay in the warehouse?
Normal storage is stated as 100 days from In storage with a day-90 reminder; abnormal unmatched packages use 60 days from Signed for. Retained paid extension is CNY 10 per OG order per 30 days, subject to eligibility and the actual deadline. There is no automatic extra 30 free days.
Where is the warehouse?
The retained official help identifies Xiamen. Obtain the actual delivery address and any inbound requirements from the account; do not use a company-registration address for a parcel.
How many QC photos do I get?
A guaranteed intake-photo count is not established in the retained material. Three free parcel-packing photos are a separate service if selected. Detailed photographs are listed at CNY 2 each; confirm current options.
Does Kakobuy test electronics?
The retained inspection rule covers appearance and excludes electronic authenticity, function and quality testing. A photo cannot establish that a device works.
When was Kakobuy founded?
The retained profile, copyright range and article dates do not establish one verified business founding date. This guide does not infer a year from those dates.
Is there an Android app?
The retained official site linked an Android APK and an iOS App Store listing. A Google Play listing was not confirmed in that dated review. Check the current official download destination and publisher.
Why are there no ratings on this site?
The file provides dated sources, limits and practical checks so readers can weigh them for their own goods, budget and destination. It does not turn those choices into a universal score.
How old is the information here?
The underlying screenshots are mainly retained October 2026 examples. Exhibits state their recorded reading and recheck dates. Volatile fees, routes and promotions should be checked at the point of use; these dates are not a live-monitoring promise.
