Storage clocks in the Xiamen warehouse

Normal and abnormal packages have different storage triggers. Check the actual account deadline and arrange any eligible paid extension before expiry; storage and return eligibility are separate.

T-01

Normal storage: 100 days from In storage

The fact: The retained normal-package rule states 100 free days from In storage, with a day-90 reminder. Abnormal unmatched packages use a separate 60-day clock from Signed for. Arrange any eligible paid extension before expiry; check the actual account deadline.

What it means: Keep the normal storage deadline separate from the eligible return window, which names Stocked in and 120 hours. Do not assume differently worded interface labels share a timestamp. Expired goods may be treated as abandoned under the applicable terms.

T-02

Abnormal storage and perishability are separate limits

The fact: Abnormal unmatched packages have 60 days from Signed for. The article excludes perishable shelf life from its storage responsibility and gives one month as an example; that is not a freshness or acceptance guarantee.

What it means: Resolve unidentified inbound goods promptly. The normal day-90 reminder does not apply to a 60-day abnormal deadline.

T-03

Extra storage costs 10 yuan per order per 30 days

The fact: The retained extension price is CNY 10 per OG order per 30 days. Confirm eligibility and purchase before expiry. A mentioned cooling-off period does not establish an automatic extra 30 free days.

What it means: Check the revised account deadline and written terms. Do not plan on 130 days of free storage or assume an extension is automatic.

From your order to the warehouse shelf

Three written times govern the first week: how fast Kakobuy reviews the order, when its buyers work, and how long the seller's parcel takes to reach Xiamen. None of them is a delivery promise; they are the operator's own estimates.

T-04

Order review has an indicative working-hour window

The fact: The tutorial indicates review within 3–5 working hours and a domestic logistics example of 3–5 days. Actual queue, seller response and dispatch can change these times.

What it means: These are published indications, not order-specific promises. Read messages and tracking and ask promptly about exceptions.

T-06

Kakobuy's buyers work set hours by platform

The fact: Taobao, Tmall, JD and similar: Monday to Sunday 9:00-18:00. Weidian, Yupoo, Xianyu and similar: Monday to Sunday 9:00-18:00. Other third-party platforms: Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00.

What it means: Use China time (UTC+8) for the published buyer window. Priority-purchase wording describes a separate processing target in buyer working hours, not an immediate purchase or seller-dispatch guarantee.

T-05

The warehouse is in Xiamen, and transit time depends on where the seller is

The fact: “Kakobuy's warehouse is located at XIAMEN city”. Seller to warehouse: about 1 working day from the Pearl River Delta, about 3 from the Yangtze River Delta, about 7 from other areas.

What it means: The city is Xiamen. Geographic examples are planning context, not a seller-specific transit promise; confirm dispatch, tracking and the actual warehouse address in the account.

Five days, counted from stock-in

The eligible return service is subject to the seller, goods and exclusions. Its 120-hour clock names Stocked in, while the normal storage article names In storage. Check the actual records rather than assuming both labels share a timestamp. Review photos promptly; later availability does not automatically extend a deadline.

Read the photos the day they land, and keep the exhibit for your order open while you do.

For exchanges, also compare the different warehouse window in article 87. Ask which rule and account deadline apply to your order; do not assume the longer example automatically replaces this eligible-service window.

T-08

The return window is 120 hours from stock-in

The fact: Eligible return/exchange requests are described as within 5 days (120 hours) after Stocked in, subject to the seller, item exclusions and applicable charges. This is separate from storage.

What it means: Check the actual deadline immediately when QC evidence is available. A later photo does not automatically extend the window, and the label alone does not guarantee eligibility.

Getting money back out, and how long it takes

Money moves in two steps: from a cancelled order to your Kakobuy balance, and from the balance back to your card or wallet. The second step has its own rules and its own clock.

T-07

Refund timing depends on how you paid

The fact: Refunds go back to the original payment method, with the handling fee borne by the user. A refund application can only be made more than 2 days after the recharge. Processing times shown: PayPal balance 2-3 working days; card via PayPal 3-10; Alipay balance 2-3; WeChat balance 2-3; Chinese bank cards 3-10.

What it means: An order refund to the account balance and withdrawal back to a payment method are separate steps. Confirm eligibility, the actual handling charge and processing time before requesting withdrawal; the retained table is historical.
